I am getting between 12 and 15 calls per day from this number. They cannot speak English. They insist I let them install a program on my computer. Cost $180. If I don't, they will crash it. If I hang up they call right back. I have called the FCC, NYS Attorney General, Verizon, my Congressman. Nobody can help. They have beat the system. I now unplug my phone for 5 to 6 hours a day. I'm a Senior Citizen and I sure hope I don't need to call 911.
