Unwanted calls from this San Jose cell number were received both on Aug. 26 and today. In both instances, when the answering machine picked up, the caller responded with dead silence. This is the tactic of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who incessantly troll the phone lines, desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
Posters report the perpetrator is C & H Construction, an alleged scam contractor (probably unlicensed). Telecriminals like this are reason you should LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.
