This number (028753480) called me last night saying that I together with 7 others as Brgy Officals of Brgy Zone 12-A have applied for the SMART Postpaid Promo for iPhone 6s, that I am the Finance officer of the Barangay. This is BOGUS Smart application. None of us in the Brgy. Council have applied for iPhone 6s at Smart telecom. Hundreds of complaints is made about guys behind this number. This is outrageous. Pls direct NTC Authorities to catch these guys. If only I am in Manila, I could do this. Somebody here in Manila please do something.
