I have received several calls from 913-204-8909 and no one responds after I answer the phone. I did call them back and they answered with just "Hello" not a company name. I asked and they said they were Charter, but Charter says this number is not their number. Looks like it is from a low budget 3rd party trying to sell Charter. It acts like it's a scam. Don't talk with them or do any business with them.
